Other payments due to the Property Developer, other than the Purchase Price of the Unit and the Price of the rights appurtenant thereto (i.e. storage units, parking spaces in the underground garage):
maintenance fees understood as costs related to the upkeep and current use of the property in respect of the common areas and management of the building and its common areas (including: maintenance, cleaning, repair fund, greenery upkeep) and utilities related to the Unit, such as water, electricity, gas, heating, collected by the Property Developer in the period from the date of signing the Unit handover report (or in the event of failure to appear for acceptance on the date specified in the Development Agreement — upon the lapse of such acceptance deadline set by the Property Developer) until the date on which a property manager is appointed by the owners of the Units;
any costs of modifications to the Units requested by the Buyer from the Property Developer, the price of which shall be agreed in a separate agreement on Additional and Interior Works.
