Other payments made to the Developer, other than the Price of the Premises and the Price of rights related to the premises (i.e., storage units, parking spaces in the underground garage):

1. service charges understood as costs related to the maintenance and current use of the property regarding common areas, related to the management of the building and its common parts (including maintenance, cleaning, renovation fund, landscaping) and those concerning the premises, such as utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating) – collected by the developer in the period from the date of signing the property handover protocol (or in the event of failure to appear for the handover by the deadline indicated in the Development Agreement – the expiry of the handover deadline set by the developer) until the date of appointment of a property manager by the unit owners;

2. ‍any costs of tenant modifications commissioned by the Buyer to the Developer, the price of which will be agreed upon in a separate agreement for Additional and Arrangement Works.
